PennSTART’s facilities are located at the RIDC Westmoreland Innovation Center in Mount Pleasant, PA. Our state-of-the-art spaces are designed to support transportation safety, training, research & development, testing, meetings, and demonstrations. We offer flexible leasing options and tailored environments for diverse industry needs in connected vehicles, traffic management, autonomous technology, and more.

Located at RIDC Westmoreland, PennSTART offers industrial, flex manufacturing, assembly, and R&D spaces adaptable to fit a range of needs. Spaces have easy access, high ceilings, and flexible setups for innovation and testing.
